There’s a problem with my order, what do I do?
We work hard to make sure your order is produced to our high standards. In the unlikely event that you find something wrong, please contact us and explain the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us straightaway. If we have commenced creating artwork or printing has begun there will be a charge for the work done.
I’ve noticed a mistake, can I change my order?
If we have created your artwork or if you’ve supplied it, we will send you a PDF or hard copy proof, please check it carefully before you confirm your order. We don’t want you to be sad, so please check all contact details, dates, times, addresses and spelling before you order. If you spot an error after you’ve approved the artwork, contact us straightaway and we will stop production of your order and work with you to put things right. If design work or printing has begun, there may be a charge to get things back on track.
Spectacular Cards refund policy
Orders are made to your specification and/or personalised for you, consequently you may not cancel the order once you have placed it and no refunds can be offered. In the unlikely event that an item doesn’t meet our specification, a refund may only be given at the sole discretion of the Spectacular Cards. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
